The Steam Holiday Sale has begun and promises special deals from now through January 2, 2015, Valve has announced.

Special deals are running every 12 hours, with new Featured Deals happening each day.

Steam users can also vote in the Community Choice promotion to determine which games receive bigger discounts. Everyone who takes part in the sale can also earn exclusive Holiday Sale Trading Cards.

Current deals include Civ Beyond Earth for £17.99, Broken Age for £6.45, and State of Decay for £3.74.
