Anybody that pre-orders Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim will get a lovely ‘premium’ map to accompany the game.
“Making real maps of our fantasy worlds is an Elder Scrolls tradition.” it says on the Bethesda Blog.
“There’s something about having a physical object in your hands that feels like it’s part of this other world, that you are that person in the game, finding your way among the hills.” Todd Howard said in a blog post back in the Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind days.

Skyrim is due for release on November 11, for Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, and PC.
It hasn’t been revealed what the ‘premium’ map is made of. While cloth would be nice, it’s probably more likely to be a glossy paper of some variety.
