Pre-order Max Payne 3 from select retailers by April 15 and you’ll receive early access to the Pill Bottle Loadout Item – a multiplayer loadout item which allows you to carry more health-reviving painkillers as you fight.
The Pill Bottle will be made available to all players at some point after game launch.
In Max Payne 3 multiplayer you can equip your character with up to five unique Items that boost your attributes to help you stay alive in online matches.

Max Payne 3 is out on May 18 for PS3 and Xbox 360. The PC version will follow a few weeks later with DirectX 11 support and 3D visuals.
