Lastfight, a Power Stone-style 3D fighter, is heading to PS4 and Xbox One on September 20, developer Piranaking has announced.

The game will be available to download digitally for £10.99 and features a single-player story mode plus 4-player local multiplayer. Sadly, there doesn’t seem to be the option for online multiplayer.

“LASTFIGHT is a 3D fighting game for up to four players based on the hugely successful LASTMAN comic book series, which is also soon to become an animated series,” says Piranaking. “With local multiplayer and a single player story, 10 characters, 5 game modes and 8 stages filled with different boosts and environmental weapons, no round is the same as the last in this four-player 3D fighting game.”

Alongside the console versions, a new update for the Steam version is also due to roll out on the same day bringing it into line with the PS4 and Xbox One game. Expect it to include the following new modes:

  • Free for All – A hectic One-Versus-All mode where the last to survive will be declared the victor.
  • Ranked (Offline) – In this mode players battle offline opponents to earn points and fight their way up the ladder.
  • Endless – In this ultimate skill test players try to beat as many opponents as possible with only 1 health bar.
  • Pinball – Attacks won’t do damage. In Pinball the only way to defeat enemies is by launching pinballs at them.
