Niantic’s latest Pokémon Go patch, 1.53.2 on iOS and 0.83.1 on Android, has made a few minor improvements to the mobile game.

Those of you who are fancy enough to own the iPhone X will be overjoyed to hear that the game has now been optimised to support the brand new smart device’s resolution. On the flip side of that, Niantic has removed support for all devices running iOS 8.

The bug that was preventing players from maxing out the CP of their pocket monsters has been resolved too, as has an issue that saw error banners remain on screen until you restarted the app.

For the full patch notes, head to the official site, although it doesn’t get massively more exciting than what was mentioned above.
