Sony has announced the games coming to the PlayStation Now service for October, led by Naughty Dog’s excellent The Last of Us: Part II.
The headline addition continues Ellie and Joel’s adventure from the last game. After settling down in Wyoming, a tragic event sends Ellie off on a whole new journey. You can check out our review of the game here, and you’ll be able to pick it up until January 3 2022.
It’s not the only game though, with a whopping six other titles all coming to the service for subscribers this month. Keeping up with seasonally appropriate horror theme in the Amnesia Collection. This includes Amnesia: The Dark Descent, Amnesia: A Machine for Pigs and Amnesia: Justine. Sadly not included is latest outing Amnesia: Rebirth, but it’s still a generous package.
Less scary is open world post-apocalyptic online open-world RPG Fallout 76. That’s also joined by cowboy-themed real time tactics in Desperados III. Final Fantasy fans this month get to enjoy Final Fantasy VIII: Remastered. Meanwhile action RPG Victor Vran: Overkill Edition and Yet Another Zombie Defense HD round off the offerings for October.
All seven titles will launch tomorrow on October 5 for PlayStation Now subscribers. You can read a little bit more about them, if you wish, over on the PlayStation Blog.
