The four bonus missions included with the PlayStation 3 and PlayStation 4 versions of Watch Dogs could appear on other platforms in the future, Sony has suggested, revealing that the bonus content is only a “timed exclusive”.
The information was posted on PlayStation.com where the platform holder revealed that the content is “also available on PC”. It isn’t clear from the listing whether the content could also make it over to the Xbox One, Xbox 360 and Wii U versions of the game, or whether it will remain on PC and PlayStation platforms.
Sony’s website also claims that the PS4 version will run at 1080p/60fps and offer “the best graphics on any console”.
Alongside the new missions, the exclusive DLC also includes a white hacker suit for lead character Aiden Pearce and a new “Hacking Boost Pack”, providing an additional battery slot to Extend Hacks. The content is said to provide around 60 minutes of additional gameplay.
Watch Dogs launches on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, Xbox One, Xbox 360 and PC on May 27, with a Wii U version following in the autumn.
