PLAY Expo Leeds, a one-day gaming event, will take place at Leeds United Football Club on April 16, Replay Events has announced.
The event will feature a mix of modern and retro gaming, plus arcades and pinball.
Andy Brown, Director for Replay Events commented: “PLAY Expo has established itself as a premier name in gaming entertainment and we’re delighted to extend the brand to the gamers of Leeds. For PLAY Expo Leeds we’ve worked hard to deliver a unique blend of interactive exhibits, new and retro play and arcade gaming which we believe will prove irresistible for any and all gamers looking for an unforgettable day out this Easter.”
Tickets are priced from just £8 for children under 16.
Modern Gaming & Indie Play:
PLAY Expo Leeds features the biggest games from the biggest names, providing visitors with the ideal opportunity to play the latest software on console and PC. In addition, the latest Indie game classics from local games studios are begging to be discovered including such breakout hits as MaoMao Castle and Zombie Piranha!

Arcade & Pinball:
Fans of arcade gaming will feel right at home at PLAY Expo Leeds, A massive collection of arcade cabinets and pinball machines feature at the show, from modern classics to some unique and rare cabinets charting the early days of gaming. All the arcades and pinball machines are lovingly restored and available to play all day for free – no need to insert coin at PLAY Expo Leeds!
Virtual Reality Zone:
The perfect place to escape reality, PLAY Expo Leeds brings you the very latest in VR technology, featuring custom setups and installations of the latest VR hardware including Oculus Rift, HTC Vive and PlayStation VR in all their glory! Come play the latest VR titles and leave real life at home!
Minecraft Area:
PLAY Expo Leeds gets building with a dedicated Minecraft area complete with some unique builds that are sure to excite the Minecraft community! The Replay Events LAN Team will be running a ‘Hunger Games’ map where players fight it out to in effort to survive the harsh landscape of traps and other gamers.
