Plants vs. Zombies will finally see a UK release on Nintendo DS on May 6, publisher Mastertronic has announced.
The game hit the US in January this year, and has appeared on PC, Mac, iOS, XBLA and PSN.
“Plants vs. Zombies is the fastest-selling iPhone/iPod strategy game of all time, selling 300,000 copies in the first nine days it was available on the App store,” said Mastertronic’s product director Neil McKenna. “With such a proven track record on a portable platform, we’re delighted to bring Plants vs. Zombies to the world’s most popular handheld gaming device, the Nintendo DS.”
We awarded Plants vs. Zombies for Xbox LIVE Arcade an impressive 9/10 on its release last year.
