The first PES 2013 DLC will be released to coincide with the game’s release on Friday, Konami has announced.

This first pack will add the three licensed stadia of the newly-promoted Spanish clubs, and update the latest kits for 37 licensed clubs, including Marseille, AJAX, FC Porto, Besiktas, and Corinthians.

A second DLC pack will follow in mid-October, updating rosters to reflect all the summer transfers, and adding further stadia, UEFA elements, team updates, and online element updates.

In addition, the first title update will be released in October, adding a widget system that makes it easier to get friends together for online matches, plus the introduction of a ranking system.

The free update also unlocks the Incentives element of the myPES Facebook app, meaning achievements can be shown via the Social Networking service. Users can also now concede a match at half-time, while Master League Online fans will be paired against similarly-rated peers in a new Rival Ranking system.

We think PES 2013 is rather good.
