According to Gamekyo Konami will drop its cumbersome Konami ID online gaming system for the upcoming release of PES 2010 for Xbox 360 and PS3.
Previously Konami had insisted that users of a Konami game needed a PS3/Xbox 360 account, a Konami ID and a specific game account – an overly complex process that has caused many problems for players of Metal Gear Online.
The good news for PES fans is that for this year’s game all you’ll need in order to get online is an Xbox LIVE or PSN account.
