The long-awaited release of Path of Exile 2 is finally closing in. The sequel to everyone’s favourite Diablo rival, Path of Exiles 2 will finally enter its early access period very soon.

Path of Exile 2 Early Access release date

Announced during Gamescom Opening Night Live alongside Borderlands 4 and the new Dying Light, Path of Exile 2 finally enters early access later this year. After years of waiting, the Path of Exile 2 early access release date has been scheduled for November 15, 2024 on Steam.

The new action RPG’s early access release date was confirmed in a brand-new trailer showing some brief glimpses of gameplay. Showing off the huge production values of the upcoming loot-based RPG, the new trailer is certainly an impressive showcase.

Path of Exile 2 isn’t just launching on PC, despite its early access nature. In fact, the game is scheduled to launch on Xbox Series and PlayStation 5 consoles. Additionally, the game will also be playable on MacOS, a surprisingly rare occurrence in 2024.

PoE Mobile?

Unfortunately, while developer Grinding Gear Games finally confirmed dates for PoE 2, there’s still no news on Path of Exile Mobile. Announced years ago, the full-fledged port was once an exciting prospect following the horrors of Diablo Immortal. However, it seems that development is still ongoing for the upcoming project.

At the time of writing, Path of Exile Mobile has yet to be officially cancelled. On the other hand, there’s also no release date for the game. Hopefully, one day, mobile gamers will finally be able to explore the world of Wraeclast on the go.
