Sunflowers, a leading producer of video games in German speaking markets, has announced the end of its working partnership with ParaWorld developer SEK.
“… the industry press awarded ParaWorld very high marks and the feedback from the community was also extremely positive. However, ParaWorld is lagging far behind the sales expectations.” said Adi Boiko, Sunflowers President. “There is no sequel planned for the moment, and the title will not transfer to any other platforms.“
SEK has now closed its doors and the release of the previously announced ParaWorld booster pack is now up in the air. Sunflowers has stated on its website that together with its distribution partners it is “evaluating the possibilities of publishing” the expansion.
