The PlayStation 4 version of Octodad: Dadliest Catch has been pushed back to April, developer Young Horses has revealed. The game was previously scheduled to arrive next month.
The revised date was highlighted on Twitter, where Young Horses stated that an early April release was "most likely". Reasons for its delay were not provided.
It isn't all bad news for console owners looking forward to trying the ridiculous stealth game, though. As well as developing the PS4 version, the developer also revealed that it was considering an Xbox One port, too.
"Our word on the Xbox One version is, 'We're thinking about it'," the developer said. A Wii U version, however, is not on the cards.
We called Octodad: Dadliest Catch a "genuinely funny... laudably outlandish concept" when the PC version launched last month, and praised Young Horses for delivering "engaging, unique game".
