Although the ending to Metal Gear Solid 4 lasts a good three weeks, we’d still be happy to see an alternate ending offered by way of DLC, but it appears Konami doesn’t share the same enthusiasm.
The publisher told CVG: “There are no plans to expand Metal Gear Solid 4.”
Konami will however be continuing to support the popular – now over a million members – Metal Gear Online. The MEME expansion is scheduled for release later this month. A special GENE and MEME expansion bundle pack will also be available at a special price of $14.99 this holiday season.
Metal Gear Online players can also look forward to a host of free reward points as part of the Commemorative Campaign which is scheduled to begin on November 25.
