An exploit in No Man’s Sky has been discovered which allows players to easily duplicate and essentially double up their inventory, removing much of the need grind your way to the game’s ultimate ending.

The exploit works when you die in your ship. The game offers players the ability to reclaim their ship’s inventory by visiting the grave marker. However, if you instead load an earlier save you not only revert to your pre-death inventory, but can also claim the items again from the grave marker.

The only requirement is you have enough inventory slots to claim the items.

You can see that with a bit of time you could go from 1 Atlas Stone to 2, 4, 8, 16, 32 etc.
