You won’t be able to install the hotly anticipated PS3-exclusive FPS Killzone 2 to your PS3 hard drive, developer Guerrilla Games has confirmed.
Posting in the official US PlayStation forums, QA manager Seb Downie said Killzone 2 will have: “No install. Optional or otherwise.”
The news will come as some relief to PS3 owners who are concerned with a lack of space on their hard drives, however, others will be concerned that a lack of an install may lead to longer than necessary load times or poorer technical performance.
Head over to our hands-on preview of Killzone 2 to find out if Guerrilla Games’ FPS is living up to the incredible hype. It’s expected sometime in February next year.
