Konami has confirmed to VideoGamer.com that there will be no Limited Edition PlayStation 3 Metal Gear Solid 4 console bundle available to UK gamers. North American fans are being offered an extremely limited set which includes a gunmetal grey 40GB PS3, a matching DualShock 3 controller and a copy of MGS4.
Konami will be offering European gamers a limited edition version of the game, including a 6-inch Old Snake ‘Olive Drab’ action figure, The Making of Metal Gear Solid 4 documentary on Blu-ray and the Official Metal Gear Solid 4 soundtrack. This set is available exclusively from Play.com and is priced £79.99.
SCEE is also offering an official bundle, featuring a standard 40GB PS3, a standard Sixaxis controller and a copy of the game.
Metal Gear Solid 4 is scheduled for release exclusively for PS3 on June 12.
