A playable demo of Team Ninja’s upcoming Souls-like Nioh is now available to download on PS4.
The demo includes access to two stages and will only be available to play until next Thursday, May 5. After then, it’ll disappear. Players who finish at least one level, however, will be able to download The Mark of the Conqueror, an entitlement granting them access to a “reward” in the final game.
The demo weighs in at 3.6GB, but you’ll need a permanent internet connection to play it. To download it, head through to PlayStation Store.
“Ready to die? Experience an early version of the newest brutal action game from Team NINJA and Koei Tecmo Games,” reads the demo’s description. “In the age of samurai, a lone traveler lands on the shores of Japan. He must fight his way through the vicious warriors and supernatural Yokai that infest the land in order to find that which he seeks.”
Nioh launches exclusively on PS4 later this year.
