In just a couple of days, arguably, the biggest Nintendo Switch game of the year, Super Mario Odyssey, releases to the masses, and those who can’t wait can begin the preload of the game right now. This follows on from Nintendo activating preloads of games in the recent Switch 4.0.0 firmware update.
Players have the option of choosing to buy the game physically or digitally, and if you want to get the game straight away you can pre-order the game directly from the eShop now, and the preload will begin. Bear in mind that the digital version is £49.99 and physical copies of the game can be had for significantly less.
Either way, it’s only 48 hours until Mario rises in his Odyssey airship to rescue Peach from the claws of Bowser, once more. Well, it’s still 48 hours for the majority of us, while some lucky so-and-so’s had the game shipped out to them early.
