Nintendo has announced that it’s been 25 years since the heroic pink puff made his debut as a result it wants to celebrate with a 25% off sale on Kirby games for the Nintendo 3DS and Wii U consoles. The games included in the sale are a pretty decent way to play through the history of Kirby, and his many adventures, from his debut in Kirby’s Dream Land all the way through to last years 3DS title Kirby: Planet Robobot.
The sale features 3DS games such as Kirby: Planet Robobot, Kirby’s Dream Land and its sequel Kirby’s Dream Land 2. There are also a few Wii U Virtual Console titles in the anniversary sale, including Kirby’s Dream Land 3 and the N64 title Kirby 64: The Crystal Shards. This is a prime opportunity to pick up some of the many Kirby titles at a reduced price point, providing you want to buy them all digitally. Unfortunately there are no Kirby titles on the Nintendo Switch at this time, but there’s one in development for the console which is due out in 2018.
The Kirby 25th Anniversary sale ends on August 17 at 11:59pm.
