Japans premier games event, the Tokyo Games Show, is to host the grand final of Ninja Gaiden’s Master Ninja Tournament. The Tokyo Games Show takes place in September, so there is still time to enter. While the first round is now over, you can register for the second round at www.masterninjatournament.com. Once registered, simply download the recently released ââ¬Ã…Hurricane Pack: Volume 1ââ¬Ã‚ and attempt to finish the game with as much karma as possible. The competition ends on August 30th, with the winner announced in September, prior to the Tokyo Games show. The European, American and Japanese winners of rounds one and two with then meet in Tokyo for the grand Final.

Hurricane Pack: Volume 1 is available exclusively over Xbox Live and is worth downloading even if you don’t wish to enter the master ninja tournament. It includes a new manual camera system, new enemies, new weapons and supposedly improved A.I. Be warned though, playing the new Hurricane Pack is even more difficult than the original release and may frustrate people new to the game.

We will bring you the results of the Master Ninja Tournament in September, along with other coverage from the Tokyo Games Show.
