DLC for Ninja Gaiden 3 on Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 is now available, Team Ninja has announced.

Players will be able to purchase downloadable content individually – Metal Claws for the multiplayer modes, Ninja Trials packs for Acolyte, Mentor, Leader, Master difficulties and additional customization items – or players can purchase the complete set of DLC in Ninja Pack 1 – 800 Microsoft Points.

Furthermore, players can download the Falcon’s Talons, an additional weapon for Ryu Hayabusa to use in the story mode, as well as a new stage for the online multiplayer mode Clan Battle and a higher level cap. All these are available as a free download and can be obtained as an automatic software update for the PlayStation 3 and as the downloadable Ninja Pack 1 Lite for the Xbox 360.

Furthermore, an all new Ultimate Ninja difficulty will be available on April 24 and will remain free for a month. This new difficulty aims to challenge the most advanced ninjas.
