Critically acclaimed action-RPG Nier: Automata is getting re-released under the Game of the YoRHa Edition moniker, according to a listing on the usually-reliable ESRB website (via Eurogamer).

There's been no official announcement from Square Enix yet, but the ESRB seems to think the Game of the YoRHa Edition is coming to PC and PlayStation 4. Oddly, there's no Xbox One version listed, which is likely still fresh in most people's minds as it only came out earlier this year.

In case you missed it first time round, Nier: Automata takes place during an epic ruck between the remnants of the human race and machines, with the game following the efforts of a combat androids from the YoRHa units (hence Game of the YoRHa Edition – see what they did there?) as they battle on a post-apocalyptic earth.

VideoGamer freelancer Adam Cook thought it was nothing short of a triumph, commenting 'NieR: Automata has more creativity and self-awareness in its little finger than most games have for their entire run time.'

In other words, it's well good, innit. If there is a Game of the YoRHa Edition (ha ha!), it's probably worth holding out for that.
