NHL 15’s first major content update rolls out on PS4 & Xbox One

EA Sports has released the first in a series of major updates for the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One versions of NHL 15.

The September content update introduces a brand new Playoff Mode allowing players to create a 16-team offline bracket tournament, and coach feedback for within Be A Pro mode, with gives tips on how to mix up your game and defeat the opposing team.

3 Stars is being re-introduced to NHL, too, highlighting the three star players and their stats at the end of each game, with further improvements made to Hockey Ultimate Team.

EA announced plans earlier this month to roll out two major updates for the PS4 and Xbox One versions of NHL 15 this month and next. The October update is set to introduce a new 5 vs 5 multiplayer mode and GM Draft.
