Tear Away, a brand new IP from Media Molecule and Sony, has been announced for the PlayStation Vita.
Revealed at Sony’s gamescom 2012 press conference, Tear Away sees you playing as Iota, a messenger from another dimension who has a message to deliver to you in the real world.
The 3D world of Tear Away is created entirely out of paper and can be interacted with in numerous ways by you, the player. Media Molecule demoed the game on stage, showing off how you can push your fingers into the game world, blow into the world, tilt the Vita, and take pictures to create new skins for NPCs.
No release date was given for Tear Away, but it’s exclusively coming to PS Vita.
