The wait is over. The first two new maps for Halo 2 are now available. If you start up Halo 2 and log into Xbox Live you should see an arrow icon in the Xbox Live menu next to content download. The release of the content may well be staggered over a number of countries so some of you may have to wait a little longer.
The first two maps, Containment and Warlock, are available to everyone free of charge. Future content will be premium content that will carry a small charge if purchasing over Xbox Live. Non Live users will be able to buy a retail disk that contains all the new content and bonus cinematics on June 28th.
