New Fortnite x Disney collab is “real” according to controversial leaker

Fortnite is famous for having collaborations and crossovers with many iconic IPs. Epic announced a huge partnership with Disney at the beginning of the month, and since then fans have been expecting more crossovers between Epic and the land of the mouse. While crossovers will happen soon, a controversial leaker says another rumored Fortnite x Disney collaboration is “real” and happening in the future.

There is a lot to look forward to in the world of Fortnite. Many rare items are set to return to the item shop, and Epic has already begun teasing the next season previously leaked to involve MARVEL. The first Season 4 skin has already been revealed with a new gameplay feature, and it is a new MARVEL superhero that has never step foot into the battle royale playground before.

While the prospect of more collaborations between Fortnite and MARVEL is always exciting, many players would like to see other IPs belonging to Disney than just Stan Lee’s superheroes. One of the most wanted crossovers is Kingdom Hearts, and this is said to be happening.

Fortnite x Kingdom Hearts crossover is “real”

In May, rumors were spread that a collaboration between Fortnite and Kingdom Hearts is happening. According to these rumors from last month, Square Enix is planning to bring Kingdom Hearts to many other outside IPs, with Fortnite the biggest crossover possible.

Nothing has been confirmed, and it seems that the hypothetical crossover is a long way off from happening, assuming the rumors are even true. In an update, ShiinaBR has posted on social media that SEGA leaker ‘Midori’ has reiterated that the collab is “real” and exists.

Midori started sharing the rumors in May, but they were not the source as they claimed to have heard the news from an unidentified person who correctly leaked the Steam ports for the Kingdom Hearts series.

Unfortunately, there has been a lot of controversy lately around Midori. They have been ousted as MysticDistance, and their Twitter account that shared the Kingdom Hearts rumors has been deleted. Because of the controversy, a collaboration between Kingdom Hearts and Fortnite should be regarded as a rumor rather than leak.

If the crossover does happen, it would be an absolute blast as the potential for Sora skins is near endless, and Epic would also be able to add keyblades to the item shop. It would also make sense because of the partnership between Epic and Disney, and Kingdom Hearts is the biggest video game property Disney owns in collaboration with Square Enix.
