Call of Duty developer Infinity Ward has released some 4K-quality gameplay footage of its new Gunfight mode coming to this year's Call of Duty: Modern Warfare.

The footage comes after last week's reveal event, which showed off the mode originally via a selection of prominent Call of Duty influencers own YouTube channels playing against each other. However, after the event fans petitioned the developer for a clearer look, without the added bells and whistles, and Infinity Ward has delivered with this raw gameplay footage.

According to the YouTube description, the footage is captured on a PlayStation 4 Pro at 4K quality, and takes in all three maps revealed for the mode so far: King, Pine and Stack. The video gives you a good idea of what you can expect from the new, close quarters focused 2v2 multiplayer mode.

A full multiplayer reveal of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare is still set to take place on August 1, while the game itself will release on Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC this October 25. You can check out more on the game in our preview right over here.
