EA has released a new trailer for its upcoming racer Need for Speed Payback, and it’s definitely channeling the spirit of Fast and the Furious. Welcome to Fortune Valley takes players on a tour through the Vegas-like city , where the stakes are always high, and so are the differential settings on some of the cars, judging by the bouncing antics occurring. Throttle it.

Need for Speed Payback will have the largest open world in the series to date, and the trailer shows off the range of driving activities available. You’ve got Drag Racing, where drivers are pitted against one another over a quarter mile distance, and Off Road racing, which takes place around an abandoned airfield and is definitely a contact sport. For the traditional Need for Speed experience there are high-speed pursuits, where the cops are trying to put a stop to your illegal speeding.

In Payback, players can also find decaying cars littered through the game world. These ‘derelicts’ can be evolved from dilapidated memories of former classic cars and restored to stock conditions, and enhanced into souped-up track cars.

Need for Speed Payback will be released on PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One on November 10.
