NBA 2K23 MyTEAM: Alternate Reality Pack

In spirit of the NBA Trade Deadline, which came to a conclusion yesterday, NBA 2K23 MyTEAM decided to celebrate this frenzied and surprising occasion with a new pack release.

Welcome to the Alternate Reality players drop, a collection of the NBA’s finest stars (past and present) who represent different teams they could have potentially signed with had they not joined the teams they chose to play with.

There are a total of 15 Alternate Reality players that were released by NBA 2K23 MyTEAM. Although the new players were revealed last night on MyTEAM’s Twitter page, the in-game drop took place today at 11AM ET / 4PM GMT, presenting a new set of stars with overall ratings ranging from 91 to 97.

Along with this new collection of players, comes a bonus three-part challenge, that once completed, will grant you a free Alternate Reality Deluxe Pack.

So without another moment to spare, here’s NBA 2K23 MyTEAM’s very own Alternate Reality Pack players and the challenges they come with.

Alternate Reality Three-Part Challenge

The Alternate Reality Pack comes with a three-part challenge that offers fans a neat opportunity to earn some sweet rewards. Should you complete all three tiers of the challenge, you will receive a free Alternate Reality Deluxe Pack.

On that note, here are the three parts of the challenge you will need to complete to earn your free Alternate Reality Deluxe Pack in MyTEAM:

Alternate Reality Challenge – Part 1

1. Play Triple Threat game to 21 points against Amethyst Alternate Reality theme team on semi-pro.
2. Win the game.

Alternate Reality Challenge – Part 2

1. Play Triple Threat game to 21 points against Diamond Alternate Reality theme team on pro.
2. Win the game and score 4 times using post moves as a team.

Alternate Reality Challenge – Part 3

1. Play a four-quarter game (5 minutes each) against Alternate Reality theme team on all-star
2. Make 3 three-point shots and dish out 10 assists as team.
