Eidos Interactive has announced the February 2008 release of My Pet Hotel 2, a simulation game for Nintendo DS in which players get to care for all manner of animals left at the Pet Hotel.
Owners of fish, budgies, guinea pigs, rabbits, cats, dogs, horses and their young will leave their pets with the player who must care for them and return them to their owner in good health. Do a good job and more pet owners will be willing to leave their animals with you.
Players will need to feed, clean and play with the animals. This will include getting new toys for them to play with and riding the horses in the countryside. There’s also the opportunity to expand the hotel to cater for new services.
We’re promised detailed visuals and a blend of speech recognition and stylus control, making it perfectly suited to the younger gamer.
