SouthPeak Interactive has today announced that Mushroom Men: The Spore Wars on Wii and Mushroom Men: Rise of the Fungi on DS will be released across Europe later this month.
In Mushroom Men: Rise of the Fungi players choose from three classes of ‘shrooms – Heavy, Sage or Scout – each with their own strengths and weaknesses. Players must then make use of makeshift weaponry to battle in defence of the peaceful Bolete and technological Morel societies.
Mushroom Men: The Spore Wars is a 3D action game which picks up after the conclusion of the Rise of the Fungi story. Players will take control of PAX, an outcast mushroom trying to find his place in society. PAX learns that he’s different to the other mushrooms, uncovering new talents he never knew he had.
