MTV Networks Entertainment Group has announced the launch of 345 Games, a new video games arm of Comedy Central and Spike TV.

The new gaming unit will develop products based on the group’s franchises and brands. The first two titles to be released under this new label will be from Comedy Central’s hit animated show Ugly Americans and Spike TV’s successful multi-platform series Deadliest Warrior.

Deadliest Warrior: The Game has sold nearly 400,000 downloads on Xbox 360 and PS3 and much more is promised in the follow-up title.

Deadliest Warrior: Legends will feature new heroic warriors, new fighting options, a more precise projectile system, more arenas and a new campaign mode. The game will be available this summer via Xbox LIVE Arcade and PSN priced $10.
