Microsoft is working to resolve an issue preventing 4GB Xbox 360 owners from playing the Halo: Reach campaign cooperatively.
Gamers attempting to play co-op reach on the cheaper of the new slimmer Xbox 360 consoles are greeted with the message: “One or more players do not have the hard drive required for this game type.”
The use of a USB memory stick doesn’t appear to work either. The problem does, however, appear to be a temporary one. That’s what Microsoft is saying anyway.
“We are aware of the issue and are quickly working to resolve it,” a Microsoft spokesperson told Eurogamer.
