The Mortal Kombat Komplete Edition will be released in Europe on March 2, 2012, Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment has announced.

The enhanced re-release of the three million selling 2011 brawler features all the content from the original title, plus all released DLC: warriors Skarlet, Kenshi and Rain, as well as dream stalker Freddy Krueger. The game also offers 15 Klassic Skins and three Klassic Fatalities (Scorpion, Sub-Zero and Reptile).

Unfortunately for UK gamers, this release misses out on additional content included in the US release. Our North American friends receive all the DLC, plus digital downloads of the 2011 release of Mortal Kombat: Songs Inspired by the Warriors album with a bonus track, and the 1995 Mortal Kombat film on the PlayStation Store or Xbox LIVE Zune.
