Ed Boon has taken to Twitter to reveal the cover art for Mortal Kombat 11, and it probably won't shock you to see ninja spectre Scorpion taking centre stage.
We don't know much about the next chapter in the bloody beat-'em-up franchise yet, but all that will change next Thursday, when NetherRealm will give Mortal Kombat 11 a proper reveal. Still, Scorpion's in it, and as my main since the mid-90s, I couldn't be more chuffed.
And yes, he still has his iconic spear. Let's hope it doesn't come out of his hand like the Mortal Kombat movie though, eh?
Mortal Kombat 11 is due out on April 23 for PlayStation 4, PC, and Xbox One. For now, check out the fancy cover art below.
