NetherRealm has revealed that Jade will be returning in Mortal Kombat 11, which should please fans who were disappointed by her absence during the previous game.
Jade is a veteran of the series, having first appeared in Mortal Kombat II. She used to poke her head out from behind the trees in the Living Forest stage with Smoke, remember? She's appeared in a number of games since, and once again returns rocking her trademark staff and something of a new look to boot.
Her most recent appearance was 2011's Mortal Kombat, although those of you who made it through the story will know that things didn't exactly end well for Jade.
Mortal Kombat 11 is due for release on April 23 for PlayStation 4, PC, Nintendo Switch, and Xbox One.
