Deep Silver and FremantleMedia Enterprises have released the first screen shots of The X Factor video game.

The game hopes to capture all the excitement and entertainment of the TV show and will include auditions, boot camp and judges’ houses levels, as well as several game modes from individual career to duets and battles.

Players can refine their performance in rehearsal sessions to stay ahead of their competition, and perform on stage to impress the judges.

The game will feature 28 tracks from famous artists including U2, Lady Gaga, Pixie Lott, Stanfour and more.

Expect the game to hit stores later this year – when the latest round of X Factor is in full swing – for Wii, PS3 and Xbox 360.
