Capcom has acknowledged a number of ongoing matchmaking issues plaguing the Xbox One version of Monster Hunter: World. The creature catchathon launched on Friday for PS4 and Xbox One, although evidently things haven’t gone quite so smoothly for those of you playing the game on Microsoft’s telly box.

Right now it’s unknown when the problem will be fixed, although Capcom has at least revealed it’s working to iron out the bug(s) as soon as possible. Fortunately, it appears the game’s launch went otherwise unhindered.

‘Hello Hunters, we’re aware of the Xbox matchmaking issues and dev team is actively investigating it, we’ll update you as soon as we can,’ the company Tweeted. We’ll be sure to update this story if we hear anything more on the subject, so keep your eyes peeled.

Monster Hunter: World won Alice over despite not having played any of the previous games in the series, so be sure to read her review to find out why. Evidently a lot of you agreed, as the game managed to tear its way to the top of the UK All Format Chart ahead of Dragon Ball FighterZ.Â
