Lionhead boss Peter Molyneux has said he believes upcoming Xbox 360 action adventure sequel, Fable III, will feature the “greatest cast that any computer game has ever had”.

Molynuex, speaking to IGN, was referring to the likes of John Cleese, as the player’s butler; Stephen Fry, who returns as Reaver; and Jonathan Ross, who voices an unnamed character.

A Lionhead Twitter update today also suggested that more big name talent will feature in the game. “A lot of names still left to announce!” read the tweet.

However, it’s not just the star power that will impress says Molynuex.

“How we’re using these characters is very much dependent on how you play the game,” Molyneux told IGN, “This is not like traditional dialogue – we went into a studio with John Cleese and I think he’d never done anything like this ever before, because we had to say ‘if the player is like this, how are you going to react’. It was a very interesting process.”

Fable III is scheduled for release this holiday season.
