Infinity Ward’s creative strategist Robert Bowling has revealed that Modern Warfare 3’s killstreak system has been entirely revamped from what we saw in Modern Warfare 2.
“We changed the entire way the killstreak system works. I can’t go into detail yet, but I will share when I can,” said Robert Bowling on Twitter.
Perhaps Bowling will be allowed to share details at September’s recently announced Call of Duty XP convention in Los Angeles?
Speaking about Call of Duty XP, Activision said the “two-day total Call of Duty immersion is coming to a secure compound in the urban confines of LA on Labor Day weekend, where more than 6,000 fans will be the first to witness the world premiere of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 multiplayer”.
One of the announced additions to Modern Warfare 3’s multiplayer mode is the new two-player survival mode, included as part of the returning Spec Ops suite.
VideoGamer.com went hands-on with Survival during E3 2011.
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 will be released for 360, PS3, and PC on November 8.
