Modern Warfare 3’s entire range of DLC and a range of XBLA titles, including Jet Set Radio, Joe Danger 2 and Super Meat Boy have been reduced by up to 66% on Xbox LIVE to mark the opening of Microsoft’s ‘Countdown to 2013’ Xbox LIVE sale.
All four Modern Warfare 3 Content Collection packs have been reduced from 1200 Microsoft Points (£10.28) to 600 MSP (£5.14) a pop, with the game itself being reduced to £24.99 on Games on Demand.
If the near-futuristic weaponry of Black Ops 2 doesn’t do it for you, make sure to pick that up.
Xbox LIVE Arcade titles Jet Set Radio, Joe Danger 2: The Movie and RAW have each seen reductions to 400 MSP, too, with further reductions on The Simpsons Arcade Game, Super Meat Boy, Plants vs Zombies and more.
Meanwhile, a range of downloadable LEGO titles have been reduced to just £8.99 each, including LEGO Star Wars 3: The Clone Wars, LEGO Harry Potter, LEGO Batman and LEGO Indiana Jones 2.
LEGO Star Wars: The Complete Saga, which features LEGO Star Wars 1 & 2, LEGO Pirates of the Caribbean, and the original LEGO Indiana Jones have also been reduced, but they’re both slightly more expensive, costing £11.99.
Bully: Scholarship Edition – which is relatively hard to find on disc – has been knocked down to £8.99, too.
Much more is expected to go on sale each day during the run-up to 2013, including discounts on Rockstar titles, the Borderlands series, and The Walking Dead.
