According to the NPD Group, Activision and Infinity Ward’s Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 has become the third best-selling game of all time in the US.
“Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 has become the third-best-selling game of all-time, now at just under 10 million units life-to-date,” said NPD analyst Anita Frazier.
In February the game sold 314,300 units on Xbox 360 and 252,800 units on PS3. The game launched worldwide on November 10.
