GamesIndustry.biz reports that HMV has secured the exclusive UK rights to sell the Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 Prestige Edition.
The highly publicised box set will carry a £119.99 price tag and will include a copy of the game, a SteelBook case, hardbound art book, a download token for the original Call of Duty and a working set of night vision goggles complete with a Captain ‘Soap’ MacTavish bust on which to display them.
“This is a fantastic limited edition exclusive for hmv.com customers for what is, undoubtedly, the game of the year,” said Jonathan Hayes, HMV commercial manager. “We’re absolutely delighted that we can help make such a special premium product available to fans of the Modern Warfare franchise.”
The Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 Prestige Edition will be available on November 10 for Xbox 360 and PS3.
