A clip that surfaced on Reddit in particular shows the unexpected firepower that these added perks can bring. The only problem is that the flying drone turret that was shown in the snippet isn’t actually part of the game.
The Reddit post from a CoD player features a video that seemingly begins just like any other Modern Warfare 2 game. As the user and their teammates barrel down the chaotic stretch of road in Santa Sena, an enemy sentry gun being carried by a drone flies into view.
Since the sentry gun shoots any enemy on sight, everyone on their team that came across it unfortunately got killed. Comments under the post have found this creative exploit extremely amusing as it’s not everyday you see a drone carrying a turret in play.

According to one of the responses under the same thread, the opposing player was able to create this flying deathtrap by activating the Recon Drone field upgrade and the Sentry Gun killstreak. The former can automatically be earned as it charges up gradually throughout the course of a match. The latter, though, requires seven straight enemy Operator kills without dying.
Activating both of these enhancements separately is one thing as the Recon Drone and Sentry Gun can often be shot down easily enough that it won’t cause too much harm. Once they’re combined, however, it brings an all new deadly facet to both of these defensive equipment.
