MLB The Show 24 early access release date, time countdown & Game Pass price

The newest installment in the hit baseball series is nearly here. While it doesn’t come out until next week for everyone, fans who opt for early access can become a baseball player tomorrow. Here you will find the release date and time countdown for when MLB The Show 24 comes out, and you will also find the price to get it on Xbox Game Pass.

MLB The Show 24 is especially as exciting as it features full cross-platform multiplayer across PlayStation, Xbox, and Nintendo Switch. Unfortunately, the game is not coming to PC as it is once again restricted to consoles.

While the lack of a PC debut is again disappointing, the good news is that the early access release date and time countdown is almost over. You can wait until next week to get the game free through Xbox Game Pass, or you can pay a modest fee to play tomorrow.

MLB The Show 24 early access release date

The early access release date for MLB The Show 24 is March 15th. The Standard edition will fully launch for everyone on March 19th.

Both launch days apply to PlayStation, Xbox, and PC. It is joining Xbox Game Pass, and all Microsoft subscribers will be able to enjoy the game at no added cost from March 19th. However, there is the opportunity for Game Pass subscribers to get early access without having to pay the full Deluxe edition fee.

When does MLB The Show 24 early access come out?

The release time for when MLB The Show 24 early access will come out is 9 PM PT on March 14th, as well as 12 AM ET and 4 AM GMT on March 15th. All of these launch hours come courtesy of the countdown found on the PSN and Microsoft store.

All of the above launch hours will also apply to the Standard edition on March 18th/19th. Unfortunately, seeing as it’s not a local midnight launch, this means the common New Zealand trick will not work on Xbox.

MLB The Show 24 early access Xbox Game Pass price

Xbox Game Pass subscribers can get early access to MLB The Show 24 by purchasing the Digital Deluxe Add-On Bundle for £39.99 from the Microsoft store. This will give you everything mentioned in the pre-order bonuses for the Deluxe edition.

You can either pay less than half-price of the Deluxe edition to get early access, or you can wait for the game to join the Microsoft subscription service entirely for free on March 19th. It ultimately depends on how eager you are to play.
