The Times reports that Shigeru Miyamoto, creator of Mario, Donkey Kong, The Legend of Zelda and many more acclaimed franchises, has been banned from discussing his latest interests outside of Nintendo for fear outsiders will catch on to what his next big idea will be.

It was his love of puzzles which spawned the Brain Training titles, then his keen interest in exercise that led to the development of Wii Fit, and more recently Wii Music came as a result of the great designer taking music lessons. The fear inside Nintendo is that his next hobby or interest could be worth billions.

With this in mind Nintendo has reportedly banned Miyamoto from speaking publicly about his hobbies.
