Minecraft shifted a massive 453,000 copies on Christmas Day, creator Markus ‘Notch’ Persson announced on Twitter late last week.
“Across all platforms, Minecraft sold 453k copies on dec 25! Wowzers! <3” he wrote.
Earlier in December it was revealed that the building blocks game had sold approximately 17.5 million copies across PC, Xbox 360, iOS and Android.
