It's Minecraft's tenth birthday this week, and you may have heard there's been a couple of treats to mark the occasion. The latest official celebration has seen a brand new official map be released over the weekend.

Announcing the map on the official Minecraft.net website, the map is a cool interactive history tour of the game, from its humble beginnings in Alpha through to the latest additions. There's plenty of stuff to discover and have a poke at, such as the museum of every block in the game, a mob garden and even some 'hidden secrets' are said to be lurking within.

It was made by Minecraft design collective Blockworks under official seal-of-approval from Mojang & Microsoft, and it's free to all owners of the Bedrock editions of the game (so that's basically all current versions apart from the PlayStation 4 one) from the in-game Minecraft Marketplace or from the Minecraft website for the Java edition.
